2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with Crikiya, the following requirements must be met:

Crikiya currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Intentionally disconnecting during a game or attempting to exploit the system is strictly prohibited.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Crikiya will make every effort to refund the affected balance.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before closing your account.

• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more).
